1 Cucumber 1 green Pepper (cored) 1 Tin of tomatos (225 g) 1 medium-sized onion 1 tsp. (teaspoonfull) of mashed garlic 1 tbsp. (tablespoon) of lemmon juice Salt and black Pepper
Preparation:
= Mash all the ingredients in the electric Mixer, whisk them, add the spices and put the Gazpacho to chill.
If you prefer the soup a little bit more liquid, you can add some Tomato Juice.
